You Hockry, second vice-president of the National Assembly, said that Nhiek Bun Chhay called him over the phone and asked him to issue a statement supporting the Funcinpec congress and declaring that the congress was legal.

In a letter sent to Heng Samrin, the president of the National Assembly, on Friday 20 Oct, You Hockry wrote that Nhiek Bun Chhay, Funcinpec secretary-general, said that the party has already set its goal: any members of parliament who do not support the new (Funcinpec) party president will be removed from their position.

You Hockry also indicated his position by saying that he cannot issue a statement supporting the result of this congress because he considers this congress as “a party coup” which must be legally dealt with, he said that “a parliament coup” must not be allowed to be perpetrated.

True, and very true as a matter of fact. From being a lousy/bankrupt real estate agent in Maryland (U.S.A) to being a 2nd Vice President in FUNCIPEC, that guy from the old rank and file of Sihanouk Regime knows nothing else but being rottenly corrupt to the backbones. Shame on you, You HOCKRY!
