This man must face prosecution for careless driving, drink and drive and manslaughter. Offcourse he has to pay to his victims for their compensation. But he must face with the law to curb this kind of driver. Regardless of how rich he is, how powerfull he is, are no matter, he must face with justice to pay his price of his stupidity. Monies cannot buy a new life!!!!! If he think that US$960 can buy someone life then I want to buy him for US$5000.00.
In Cambodia, people with money always get his/her way -- while the poor bled to death. One cannot get officials to help, unless one hands money to them first.
This man must be put in jail.
