Cambodia: Rice Harvest Season

why doesn't KI media make photo essay slide shows out of such wonderful photos?

When i saw little children play in the rice field ,i can not help but wonder where are the billions dollars foreign aid to Cambodia? why hasn't govt used those monies to help the poors?

They have no time to helpe the poor, they are busy drinking, young girls and build million dollas houses.
