PHNOM PENH, Nov 30 (Reuters) - Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen has promised to cut off the flow of weapons from his country to Sri Lanka's Tamil Tiger rebels, his spokesman said on Thursday.
"He asked Sri Lanka to trust Cambodia that no more weapons would enter Sri Lanka," Khieu Kanharith quoted Hun Sen as telling visiting Sri Lankan Prime Minister Ratnasiri Wikremanayake.
Hun Sen also promised to exchange intelligence with Colombo to help curb the flow, Khieu Kanharith, who attended the meeting, told reporters.
The Cambodian leader admitted for the first time last year that arms were smuggled out of the country, still emerging from two decades of war, to guerrillas in Sri Lanka, the Philippines, and Myanmar.
Hun Sen condemned the Tamil Tiger fight for an independent state, but also called on the Sri Lankan government to give humanitarian organizations more access to "civilians being victimized by the factional fighting," Khieu Kanharith said.

How can this shit hun sen give advise to Sri Lanka about humanitarian while in his house he is doing inhuman deed...

Hun Sen is protected by the elite Viet bodyguards. His personal cooks are also Viet. Khmer bodyguards just show their faces some distance away. Only if Hun Sen upsets his Viet master that his life will be in any danger.
Those weapons from the previous war were sold off some time ago to the Tamil Tigers by none other than Hun Sen's relatives working as senior officials in the police and military. Now, there is not much else to sell anyway, but Hun Sen always likes to talk big out of nothing. His relatives are now turning their attention to oil, properties and lands.

Well said! Now AH HUN SEN is pursuing a policy to conscript Cambodian people into his army and using these Cambodian army to protect his properties such as oil, real estate, and busniesses!
The 10 billion dollars a year in oil revenue will be a very big nasty fight among AH HUN SEN cronies including his Vietcong double agents and they all want a piece of the pie! Inaddition,There had been new observation that the Viet population had been growing steadily in the Province of Siem Reap because they want a pice of the pie from the million dollars tourist industry!
It seems to me that Cambodian people are being used to advance more propserity for AH HUN SEN and his cronies! And these Cambodian people seem to be too late in everything especially in seeking a prosperity for themselves!
