One of the addresses is wrong. I think its helenjarvis@nida.gov.kh.
Strange that these docs are available through the UN site (www.unakrt-online.org)but not on the ECCC site or even the government task force site- especailly since the press release said they would be there by Friday.
The Water Festival must be keeping the Cambodian website workers out of the office?
And where is the French version?
Now is the best chance for all to put into a good use their critical brain.
No use whinging about the procedures later on.
