Congratulations to Great King of Cambodia

Kim Yong Nam, president of the Presidium of the DPRK Supreme People’s Assembly, on October 30 sent a congratulatory message to Norodom Sihanouk, the great king of Cambodia, on the occasion of his 84th birthday.
The message said:
Our people regard Your Majesty the great king as the closest friend and deeply respect you as you have devotedly worked for the prosperity of Cambodia and the well-being of the Khmer nation and for the development of friendly relations between the two countries.
Your Majesty the great king’s visit to Pyongyang this year made an important contribution to boosting the good ties of friendship and cooperation between the peoples of the two countries.
Availing myself of this opportunity, I wholeheartedly wish Your Majesty the great king good health and happiness and greater success in the efforts to accomplish the noble patriotic cause.

May he never die before facing jail!
Having killed three millions innocents people this animal Sihanouk has been named by his own son Rannarith as Great King. What a great King mean for Cambodian? A great Killer?
The North Korean Leader and Sihanouk are just the same as they don't care about their people, however Kim is still consiered to 100 times better than Sihanouk as he does not change his mind 20 times a day.
