The two remaining suspects in the alleged conspiracy to detonate explosives during the Water Festival have fled Cambodia, an official said Monday. "We received information that the two suspects who tried to set up explosives have gone to another country," said Bith Kimhong, director of the Interior Ministry's antiterrorism department. "Whenever we can arrest the ring leader, we will find out how many people were involved in the plan to explode bombs," he said. Authorities announced Nov 2 that they had thwarted a terrorist conspiracy to bomb the festivities. Bith Kimhong said that the six suspects charged in the case have been in Prey Sar prison since Nov 1.
