I am asking the permission from Revered Papa to report as follows: Based on your letter dated 20 October 2006, in which Revered Papa mentioned that “The Phnom Penh Monument of Independence should not be used as the Funcinpec party logo, nor should it be used by any other political party,” I wrote a letter addressed to the Ministry of Interior (MoI) stating that I support this highest decision, and I also submitted to the MoI the new logo of the Funcinpec party which I am the president.
During the first National Assembly mandate, in which Samdech Chea Sim was the president, H.E. Ieng Mouly had also organized such a congress to remove Samdech Son San from his position as president of the Buddhist Liberal Democratic party. At the time, a reasonable decision was rendered, the two parties were not allowed to the name Buddhist Liberal Democratic party for their respective parties. That was why the name Buddhist Liberal party was adopted by H.E. Ieng Mouly, and the Son San party is under the presidency of H.E. Son Soubert.
Based on Revered Papa’s letter dated 16 October 2006, Revered Papa gave Funcinpec as the personal property of me, Norodom Ranariddh, and that I can do whatever I want with it.
Based on the above, I am asking your permission to give [back to] Revered Papa the name Funcinpec, and I am respectfully requesting that you do not allow H.E. Keo Puth Rasmy, Lu Laysreng, Sisowath Sirirath, and Nhiek Bun Chhay who had perpetrated the coup de party as Papa indicated earlier, to use the name Funcinpec to represent the party they are currently leading.
I am sending my deepest thought, and I am wishing Revered Papa and Maman a good health and longevity so you can remain a cool shade for your children and grandchildren.

rannaridh i told you to quit politics. you have enough money to care of your young wife ( phalla rannarid). you know, i had a crush on her too. congrats! u made a fast move or else i would had had gotten her. ahhaha.

I think that you should leave from Cambodia. You can look for cows to take care of rather than joining political life. You do not know what you are doing. No way, you would rebuild trust with Cambodians again. You have not been faithful to many Camobodians who love you and your father. You will not be able to come back into political arena. The more you put your life into politics, the more you become headaches. The way you behave in politic is almost an idiot or I would better say, lunatic. I used to respect you hightly, but now I can see you are just worthless leader I should respect. Hun Sen does not have much educaiton as you, but he knows how to get into business in politic. My suggestion to you is that you get out of your political arena, you will live longer. Otherwise, you will die of heart-attack. Take a moment to think that I have said.
You should look at your royal family, you can see that you are broken. You cannot even lead your royal family, how can you lead others. You are no longer trustworthy. You cannot even control your sexual temptation, how can you control million people? Think about how you behave before you get into politic again?????
