In accordance with Cambodian religious traditions, Member of Parliament and SRP President Sam Rainsy is organizing a Bonn Kathen Tean to Prek Toch Pagoda in Prek Toch village, Prek Toch commune, Saang district, Kandal province. The religious ceremony will be held in his house located 46 street 222 in Phnom Penh on 1 November 2006, and the procession to Prek Toch will leave Phnom Penh on 2 November 2006.

Yes I agreed it takes nore than just play a dumb ass good guy. See how the khmer rouge leaders did in the past, first attempting kick Sihanouk Sangkum reastr Niyum then eventually kick Lon Nol ass. To kick Hun Sen out you need to do just like that. Look! Sam Rainsy so far how long you have been trying and you achieve nothin. and I guarantee you the way you have been doing is not going to go anywhere!
It is weird to display the bank account no. publically, in a country that runs by mafia. This is supposed to be confidential. It is too naive to expect that people would react positively because you have good deed.

The Saint will be Saint. Khmers mentality has to change. If we want a leader that is good then we should support and praise the good one. Let's make a big deal out of it and let the whole world see what it really mean to be good and continue to expose the bad and the corrupt.

I think Sam Rainsy must learn how to lead the country into a good role model for everyone to follow. By seeing your private bank account, I don't that is a good example for a role model. Any fundraising, the account name have to be a public one so that everyone can scruitiner and audite that account. When you use your private account for public affairs, you are still a long ways to lead a democratic movement. You have already have Sam Rainsy party account. THe signaturies of that account must be with two people from the treasuriers and witness by one leader or deputy leader before any check to be signed. The party account must be audite in every 6 months.
Even if Mr. Sam Rainsy win the 2008 Cambodian election and he can't do a damn thing to change Cambodian politic! I had been observing Cambodian politic for so long and I am getting very frustrated with the whole STUPID CAMBODIAN POLITICAL process and all the inertia created by AH HUN SEN! The reason I came to the conclusion that Mr. Sam Rainsy can't do a thing to change Cambodian politic base on the way AH HUN SEN distribute his power structures! Right now, the senate is becoming very powerful which is dominated by AH HUN SEN faction and it is the senate which allow the law to pass! Even if Sam Rainsy has the best idea in the world and the best laws in the land and there is no way Mr. Sam Rainsy can get it to pass in senate which dominated by AH HUN SEN faction and at the end Mr.Sam Rainy will be looked upon as bad as AH HUN SEN!
Cambodian people can expect the same old thing and living with the hoplessness! Good Luck Mr. Sam Rainsy! May God be with you in good time and bad time!
I was a Sam Rainsy admirer and thought he was the hero, the Clean Man, the only man who could save our country from the Maffia YUON XEN. Since he asked the apologies the Man who had tried to kill him,
planned to form a government with HIM after 2008 election, asked his members not to get involved with Heng Pov affairs, and only one of his parliamentary members had voted against the immunity law I feel hopeless.
why such a man could change suddenly like that? Why Cambodia always runs out of heros?

The greatest leader is really hard to be found !!! because he or she heartfully loves his/her job and acts bravely and inspiringly to be responsible for what he/ she has done, particularly that one loves , cares and defends followers in the sake of right deeds at any costs.
