The French handed the Khmer Krom to the Vietcong in 1949 and now in 2006 and that is only 57 years passed! The Vietcong had been promoting trade which claimed to be in the billion of dollars and annexed more of Cambodian land illegal treaty and through military force and tell me does it really bring peace?
