The fourth meeting of the Prime Ministers of Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia will discuss the establishment of the three countries' joint committee on the Development Triangle, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said at a press briefing in Hanoi on Dec. 1.
The meeting, scheduled for Dec. 4-5 in Da Lat city in Vietnam's central highlands province of Lam Dong, will review the implementation of the Vientiane Declaration on building the Development Triangle and the triangle's master plan which were signed by PMs of three countries on Nov. 28, 2004.
The PMs will also focus their discussions on how to strengthen the coordination between Cambodia, Laos and Vietnam in requesting aid from other countries, including Japan, and on common preferential policies for the Triangle area, the MoFA said.
The initiative on the Cambodia - Laos - Vietnam Development Triangle was put forth at the first meeting of the PMs of the three countries in Vientiane, Laos, in October 1999, aiming to strengthen solidarity and cooperation between the three nations through tapping the full potential from the provinces in the area.
During the first summit of Cambodia, Laos, Vietnam and Japan in Vientiane in Nov. 2004 and the second summit in Kuala Lumpur in December 2005, Japan supported the three countries' initiative to build the Triangle, providing the three countries with an initial assistance of 2 billion yen for small projects in the area.

These day the Vietcong are allowed to be the author of everything! It seems that without the Vietcong and Cambodian people will have to die out as a human race!
As long as the fucken Vietcong continue to support their puppet government in Cambodia and Loa and the resentment and the hate will never stop!
I say no thank to the Vietcong! The Vietcong need to free million and million of Khmer Krom from their cage! And the Jap are not doing Cambodian people a favor by supporting the Vietcong and the Vietcong puppet government in Cambodia and Loa!
