The Phnom Penh Court of Appeals heard Sam Bith's case on Friday for the second time, but says it will not announce the verdict until December 5.

As Khmer Rouge Regional Commander, Sam Bith was found guilty of committing terrorist attacks on a train in Kampot province. He was later found guilty of the ambush, which killed more than 10 people, and led to the kidnapping and execution of 3 foreign backpackers.

Sam Bith was sentenced to life in prison and ordered to pay financial compensation to the victim’s families. Nou Chantha, lawyer to Sam Bith, protested the court’s decision, and claimed that his client was tried in absentia. He then filed another appeal.

Nearly three years after, the Phnom Penh Court of Appeal took up the case. However, Nu Chantha maintains that his client is innocent and urges the court to release his client.

Meanwhile, Lim Eng Ratanak, a legal representative of the victim’s families appeal to the court to uphold its original sentence.

Sam Bith, 73, is currently being treated in Monivong Hospital.

Lawyer Nou Chantha,

you must insist that this court must trial Sihanouk and Hun Sen too.

No body knew for sure that Mr. Wilson and other two westerner were kill by Khmr Rouge commander Sam Bith, can YUONS slave Dr. Helen Javis prove beyon doubt?

Do Dr. Helen Javis knew Hun Sen's troops can not even scratch Khmer Rouge at Phnom War Sar in 1994? Hun Sen have to pay US $1 million to hire YUONS from YUON's country to bombard with 122mm artillery, then who know for sure that Mr. Wilson and his colleague were not kill by this bombardment.

Cambodian court don't be a fool act as YUONS slave justice.

Can you agree to trial Sihanouk accomplish in kill 1.7 innocent Khmers during Pol Pot regime, at least between 1975 to 1976.

Most importantly you must arrest all Hun Sen government officials who were planing K-5 in 1983 and killed about 600,000 innocent Khmers at the Thai-Cambodian border.

Hello,

They are starting pointing fingers at the small fish of whom, from the very beginning, they had been allegedly accused of polluted the water and caused all the attrocities. But as a matter-of-factly, it was the big fish who were not only polluted the water but also ate all the small fish and continue purpuing to destroy their pawns, even so nowadays.

Food Chain: Sihanouk - China - Hanoid - to destroy Khmer race

May God/Buddha gives us Khmer with full of strength and unity.
