The Malaysian court has again postponed Heng Pov’s case to Friday. The Malaysian court indicated that this is last postponement for the case. The current postponement came when Heng Pov’s lawyer asked the court to send him to Finland because Heng Pov now has an entry visa to go there, as well as plane ticket for it. Khieu Sopheak, Ministry of Interior spokesman, is very annoyed by the numerous postponements by the Malaysian court. He said that it would be even better if the postponement lasts 18-year because Heng Pov would be in jail, regardless.

First I would like to say thank to Finland Government for giving justice to Heng Pov and give him a chance to live in Finland. I must congatulate your brave Government and your brave people to give justice to the mankind.
Secondly I would like to write to all Cambodian people in Finland to be supportive for Heng Pov. If he is a bad guy, he wouldn't clashed with Hok Lundy and Hun Sen. He will stay in Cambodia and did what Hun Sen and Hok Lundy ordering him to do. For him to have a million dollars, he is not that bad for his position to amass that much compare to Hun sen and Hok Lundy. He is a scapegoat of a political motivated of Hun sen to prevent Sar Kheng to be Prime Minister during next election. Heng Pov is one of the strong supporters of Chea Sim and Sar Kheng. Since Heng Pov has gone, Sar Kheng will soon disappear like Chea Sophara. It is an internal elimination by Hun sen within CPP.
Heng Pov remains innocent until proved guilty in the court of rabbit laws in Daun Penh Pagoda.
