If you talk about human right, nothing is improved in khmer society today. Under Mr Hun Sen rule, Cambodia never become democracy country. He promises to fight corruption and respect for human rigth, but nothing is done under his CCP government. Corruption is everywhere from the top to the bottom of society. International funds never reach to poor people of Cambodia.
