Malaysian authorities have deported a former Cambodian police chief back to his home country after he lost a court battle to avoid extradition.

Heng Pov was put on a special flight Thursday from Malaysia to Cambodia's capital, Phnom Penh, where authorities immediately took him to a court.

In September, a Cambodian court convicted the former Phnom Penh police chief in absentia and sentenced him to 18 years in prison for organizing the murder of a Cambodian judge in 2003.

Heng Pov fled Cambodia in July to Singapore and then to Malaysia, where authorities detained him for overstaying his visa. He had hoped to leave Malaysia for Finland, which offered him asylum on human rights grounds.

Heng Pov denies involvement in the judge's murder. He has warned that he could face torture or death if returned to Cambodia.

It is really amaging about Malaysia collaboration with mafia leaders in Cambodia. How much Hun Sen has to spend ( one millions-10 millions to get Heng pov Back to Cambodia). USA has spend at 100 millions dollars to bribe all Saddam Hussein to sell their boss. I wonder Hun Sen has to spend a lot of monies to manipulate this justice. Where is the United Nation refugee committee? Where are they? It is hopeless

Heng Pov will soon be forced to deliver a statement to clean the dirtiest faces of the Hun Sen government over the past murder and wrongdoings. Malaysia must have benefited a great deal from deporting Heng Pov to Phnom Penh. There is no real justice in the world. Further information about the most serious crimes committed by Hun Sen, Hok Lundy and their accomplices can not be revealed.Just remember that injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere.

Oh boy, oh boy... That was close!

My staff and I were in the state of uncertainty in the last 5 months or so. I am not sure what would be the outcome of this fugitive's escape to Finland. Any way we got the bastard! Good job everyone.

Hok Lundy, how much did you pay for Heng Pov's deportation? I, as the Prime Minister of Cambodia, would like to appeal to all Okhna to compensate Hok Lundy because he went to Hong Kong in a covet operation to withdraw some funds from his $84 million account to pay for this deportation. Please give generously.
