The Malaysian High Court on Friday ordered Heng Pov, who arrived in the country from Singapore in September, to be sent back to Singapore, the place in which he overstayed his visa, according to Heng Pov's wife and a spokesman for the Cambodian Ministry of the Interior.
It's not known when Heng Pov, who is being held in Malaysia, will leave the country.
Human rights activists say that should Singapore does not allow Heng Pov to stay in its country, he [Heng Pov] would be permitted to leave for Finland immediately.
Heng Pov was convicted and sentenced in absentia in September for killing judge Sok Sethamony.
Finland has offered him a visa citing human rights concerns, saying that if Heng Pov was to be sent back to Cambodia, he could be tortured or executed.
The Cambodian government strongly criticized Finland's decision.

Be careful...if Hanoi and ah Viet-dog Hun Sen get a hand on you, you are dead meat Heng Pov.
We must also thank to Malasia court for giving Cambodian citizen such as Heng Pov his justice by not sending him back to Cambodia. THe Former Prime Minister Mohatir Mohammad has said that he is very disappointed that by working together with asian countries, he expect that Hun Sen and his Government would a little bit of democracy and leadership quality. But all Hun sen did, he is so worried about himself not being the world richess man on earth by stealing and ammassing his National wealth for himself and let his country into a fail State.
We have so much confidence with all our neighbour country for their justice than Cambodia. Bravo social justice around the world!!!!!!
Supposed that he was a bad guy of Hun Sen, but he may feel regret what he did when he escaped from jail. He will be a good person if he is willing to do good things in the future. Wait and see !! But positive hope should be always with Cambodians, even they have been sufferred by this man.
Good, Heng Peou, You have escaped from this barbaric regime you might have been involved.
Be fair now, and write a book tellng all the truth so that the world knows what the Strongman, the Stars, the Nouveau riche have done so far in Cambodia.
