The Alliance for Freedom of Expression in Cambodia (AFEC) appeals to the Cambodian government to probe into the accident involving RFA’s reporter Sok Serei, which occured on December 14.
While picking up his daughter from school, Sok Serei was hit by a pickup truck in Phnom Penh.
Cambodian Center for Human Rights' (CCHR) secretary Ou Vireak says the government is not responding quickly enough and suspects that the incident was not a ‘real’ accident. Meanwhile, Ministry of Interior's spokesman Lieutenant General Khieu Sopheak states that the government is investigating into the case.
Meanwhile, representatives from the Free Trade Union of Workers for the Kingdom of Cambodia (FTUWKC) sends a follow-up letter appealing for the Court of Appeals to set a hearing date for the two men accused of murdering FTUWKC’s former president Chea Vichea.
Chea Vichea was shot dead in broad day light in front of a newsstand in Phnom Penh, 2004.

Why RFA didn't report the accident of their own staff? Is there any conflict of interest from the director of this organisation to cover up accident of their own staff? What a radio free Asia? This radio is aways calling ah Hun Sen Samdech. How can this radio can free Cambodia from this monster? THe idea of free Asia is to free all Asia country from dictorship like in Korea, China and Vietnam. The Chinese has done very well because now China has free from dictatorship. Their New Leader Like Mr Hu Jin Tao, Wu Pang Kuo, Wen Jia Pao are miles better than even Mr Bush of USA. What wrong with Free Asia in Cambodia language? No free at ll if your guy keep calling all the dictatorship Samdech, Oknha and excellency. All these words are all from feodalism.
During the Cold War Radio Free Europe had pulled down the Dictatorship regimes of East Block & Soviet Union....they were crashed into pieces as to day and the people had regain back their Liberty.........
But it's so sad RFA of Khmer Service under Pin Sam Khon & Lord Kem Sos was/is serving Youn Hanoi & CPP's interests against Khmer People will.

from ex CIA to CPP's Media Tool.
I do not understand how & why American Authority had allow this happen to occur in the heart of the most FREEDOM & DEMOCRATIC country in the world ?
70% of RFA Khmer Service in Washington were recruited by CPP under ruling of Lauk Pin Sam Khon & Lord Kem Sos.
Is it the best result of RFA brodcasting that American's Taxpayer want to see it ?

This is so fucken despicable to have Vietcong slave cronies working in Radio Free Asia and disguise themselves as peace and freedom loving people! It is time to shut the door on all these Vietcong slaves and it just a fucken waste of American's taxpayer money!
It is no wonder Cambodia still travel the same fucken dictatorship road for 30years and still haven't change a damn thing and thank to all the Vietcong slaves for working in Radio Free Asia to promote their hidden agenda!!
