Police in Sihanoukville are gearing up to conduct an investigation into a pornographic home movie currently making its way around the municipality via mobile phones, police said Tuesday. The 15-minute video features a young Cambodian couple having consensual, graphic sex in a guesthouse room while three other teenage boys look on and a girl films the couple's activities. Be Sivanna, bureau chief of the municipal anti-human trafficking police, said police have not yet seen the video but they have received numerous complaints from residents. Police will invite the couple starring in the video for questioning as soon as they establish their identities, he said. "Then the man must be responsible-even though the girl was willing," Be Sivanna said. "We can reeducate the girl." He did not say whether the young man would be charged with a crime. Lim Mony, chief of Adhoc's women's section, said authorities need to take strong action. "More and more porn pictures of teenagers will be produced whenever the government and police refrain from taking action," she said.
