Approximately 60 tons of tobacco leaves went up in smoke on Friday when a fire broke out at the British American Tobacco company's warehouse in Phnom Penh's Meanchey district officials said. The stockpiled tobacco, estimated to be worth at least $130,000, was completely destroyed by the fire, which remained confined to the interior of the BAT warehouse on National Route 2 on the road to Takhmau town. BAT Chairman Kong Triv said that his staff has yet to determine the cause of the blaze and the fire was the first ever at the plant. "We have plenty of fire safety, but this fire still occurred," he said by telephone, District Governor Kuoch Chamroeun said the fire could have been caused when tobacco self-ignited after being left to dry for too long in hot conditions. "This is an accident," he said. "The tobacco got hotter and hotter after being stockpiled for too long," he said. Ten fire trucks were deployed to dowse the flames, officials said.

You mean the fire fighter didn't try to negotiate a fee to put out the fire? All 10 of them just showed up and did their job?
Kong Triv, Are you a rich man who were stealing Land from the Villagers in Kock Kong? I heard you were the culprit who grabbed the Poors' Land. Your punishment is coming. This is the first thing you got for which you had done to those poors Villagers.
The next thing is going to be your life up in smoke. you should be happy for what you get now.
