The KKK and me
(Continuation No. 5)

Beijing, January 12, 2007

8- As King of Cambodia (1st Reign) (1941-1955), and then, Chief of State of Cambodia (1960-1969) and SRN President (1955-1969), I granted the KKK the following Unique Privilege: As soon as a “normal,” “pacific” KKK entered Cambodia “Kampuchea Leu,” this KKK is considered, not as an immigrant, but as a full right Khmer citizen of Cambodia “Kampuchea Leu,” with all the rights granted to the Khmer People from Cambodia Kampuchea Leu. This KKK does not need to have an “entry visa to the Kingdom of Cambodia.” As son as he/she enters the Kingdom, he/she becomes a voter and is eligible to sit at the National Assembly of our Country [when elected].

90s and 00s Decades:

I maintain with the KKK and their organizations, associations, the best relationships possible. I support them. I send to their festivals or large meetings one member of my family, including H.R.H. Princess Sisowath Monipong Pongneary, the daughter of my late Uncle Sdech Krom Luong Sisowath Monipong, and Lolotte, my adopted daughter. This Princess Lolotte is herself a KKK through her Maman, Neak Moneang Sonnary.

At each KKK Festival in Cambodia Kampuchea Leu, I send, I believe, US $2,000 (two thousands). I do not recall the exact amount that I send to each festival, or Meetings, or edifications of one thing or another. But, I always send in my contributions … to the KKK.
