Vietnam said to protect Srepok river, how could it when it can't even spell it properly?

Nation, Cambodia to protect Serepok

VietNamNet Bridge – Vietnam and Cambodia will continue to protect their shared waterways in the face of budding hydro-electric development, a senior official stressed last week.

Viet Nam National Mekong Committee General Secretary Nguyen Hong Toan made the comments on January 12 during a conference that examined the environmental impact of power dams on the Serepok River.

The waterway runs from Dak Lak in Vietnam's Central Highlands through the Cambodian provinces of Ratana Kiri and Mondol Kiri, and joins the Mekong River in Stung Treng.

The 500-km Serepok has enormous hydro-electric potential and both countries have built dams along its winding route.

According to the Cambodian Senior Minister of Environment, the gathering was a concrete step towards implementing programmes designed to protect the rivers - including the Mekong - that course between the two countries.

The meetings also discussed a sustainable development strategy for the economic triangle between Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos.

I can tell when I read, because I have been reading a lot and I can figure out which one is a Satire.
To 6:44 PM, I thought you meant to say "Living in Phnom Penh" instead of "Leaving in PhnomPenh".

I caught you right there and PLUS with your capital letters.
