In a press conference Tuesday, a U.S. Embassy official in Phnom Penh has confirmed the arrival of Admiral Gary Roughead’s first visit to Cambodia. The U.S. Navy Pacific Fleet commander is scheduled to arrive on Wednesday, and is reported to talk about the country’s military manpower.

On behalf of H.E. Samdech Hun Sen (HESHS), I am writing you regarding your posting. H.E. Samdech Hun Sen finds it very annoying that you make frivolous comments about him on this forum, for e.g.:
You said “SomDach Hun Sen has a good sense of humor”. First of all, HESHS asks you to please stop misspelling his title because the way you spell it “Som Dach” means as if he is asking (Som) for this title definitively (Dach), not to mention that this misspelling is also wrongly used the Vietnam News Agency (VNA). Second, the fact that you think HESHS is displaying his good humor in public on this very serious matter is very insulting, this is a national interest matter and not one to be joked about.
Furthermore, your constant referral to the word "racist" and your association with HESHS’s name, makes people think that HESHS is in fact a racist. Please note that HESHS has never been a racist, in fact he has been generously providing Cambodian land for our glorious and revolutionary Vietnamese friends and brothers to live and take freely, therefore, by associating the good names of HESHS with racist, you are de facto tarnishing the good reputation of HESHS.
Elsewhere, you also mentioned that you will kill people who are against HESHS, this is a very bad PR for HESHS. Please note that HESHS does not associate himself with such debasing low level tactic, and HESHS does not tolerate such impudent accusations made against him. If you are not convinced of the seriousness of this issue, I would urge you to look at the recent case of Heng Pov who was dislodged from Malaysia’s jail and brought back to Cambodia because he dared accuse HESHS of being involved in killing.
Furthermore, we would like you to stop cursing the cartoonist Sacrava. We had noticed that since you started cursing his name, his website saw an increasing number of hits. This is not good for HESHS as you know that the cartoonist Sacrava tends to make fun of HESHS, therefore, the more people go to his website, the more they will see the bad depictions made about HESHS. Finally, we also note that your comments left on this KI-MEDIA website also increased significantly their traffic. This is not good for us and HESHS as this make the public think that this site is more popular than it really is.
