Pyongyang, February 18 (KCNA) -- Norodom Sihanouk, the great King of Cambodia, sent a floral basket and a congratulatory message to the DPRK embassy in Phnom Penh on the occasion of the birthday of Kim Jong Il.
Written on the ribbon of the floral basket were words reading "Glory to His Excellency Kim Jong Il, the Great Leader of the DPRK. The Great King of Cambodia Norodom Sihanouk."
The protocol director of the great king visited the DPRK embassy and laid the floral basket before the portraits of President Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il on February 16.
He conveyed the congratulatory message to the DPRK ambassador and said that he was extending sincere congratulations and best wishes to Kim Jong Il on his birthday on behalf of the Great King Norodom Sihanouk.

Kim Jong Il is the greatest one in his lonely country N. Korea, and his wishes to King Sihanouk as the great King also means the great King in the lonely siffering Cambodia. After all they both are great of being lunatics.
