i remember back in early 1990's, the rumors were saying that Cambodia doesn't need electricity b/c there were too many bright stars wearing among the high ranking officials
now Cambodia is celebrating in welcoming the 21st century, by having all the high ranking officials hanging their PhD's diploma on the wall in their offices

I am a civil servant at Ministry of Education in Cambodia. It is sad that the high-ranking officials of the government that never took the class but receive the doctor degree. I feel disappointed that while about hald a million of school-eage children cannot afford to go to school every year, the Cambodian leader just boast themselves with the fake doctorate degree. Do the leader of this regime think about unemployment among the youth who graduated from university and find no job?

Youn-Hanoi ever let a good chance for Khmer-Kids to destine their future & Cambodia.They knew that those Kids will resist them the more they learn the more they know.
Yuon-Hanoi were a copycat of Colonialist French whom've done to us,Khmers,while they ruled 99 yrs in Cambodia.
Everyday Hun Sen & its CPP think only to defend their interests to their gangs & families.
They would wipe out all of Khmers whom oppose them in term of their
dictatorship ruling & its Master Youn-Hanoi of Indochina plot.

A lot and a lot more students realize who is bad and good...about 25 years Mr. Hun Sen has stayed in his position...but at last he said " I haven't succeeded". Does it sound ridiculous? How can a knowledgeable Doctorate PM say such a foolish thing? yeah...right..from what we see, he has tried his best to defend his position and his own families..
It took Yuan for many hundred years to finally figure out how to defeat Khmers. Using the uneducated and the most brutal person like Hun Sen, everything is all over. The more PHD Yuan give to Hun Sen, Yuan's mission will be soon accomplished.
