Miss Panhapich was taken by her family out of Calmette Hospital for emergency care in Vietnam at 9:25 AM on Friday. The police indicated that Panhapich was shot twice, once in the neck and the second bullet hit her torso below the shoulder blade and exited at her hip.
The owner of the “Tha Laline” tailor shop who is a close friend of Panhapich’s family, said that at about 11:45 AM, she contacted the victim’s family who said that Panhapich was still alive. However, the phone line was cut as the car transporting Panhapich entered Vietnam.

This is another sad news about Khmer artists and talent youngs. Most beautiful female stars in Cambodia are cravingly targeted by sexual sadism of Khmer high rank officers.
This case is clearly committed by powerful men who are drunken and fool with beautiful public stars and young girls.
There are imminent evidences that most Khmer present government leaders in CPP party are sexual and drug addicters. Human traficking especially young girl prostitution is systematically organized by thugs that overcontroled by high rank officers.
At least, the secret research showed that national police general Hok Lung Dy and government spokeman H.E.Kiev Kannarith are in blacklist of young sexual lovers addicting of having sexual intercourse with young girls and beautiful stars.
All shooting crimes targeting Khmer actresses are truely caused by love affair with high rank officers. It will be totally responsible by the state police leader and his colleagues to guard the people.
