Valentine in Phnom Penh

Young men and women in Phnom Penh are buying roses for their girlfriends/boyfriends, or friends on this "Love Day" (Valentine) 14 Feb. The rose vendor claimed that she sold almost 10,000 rose stems on Tuesday. (Photo: everyday.com.kh, a website owned by Kith Meng, Hun Sen's crony)

Poor Khmers on the country side. What's valentine?

The one that can save true Khmers' tradition is the one that have no access or connection to the out side world.

We remmeber well that English Peasants saved English's language. Otherwise England could have been French instead and entirely....

Do what you want and enjoy! After all we are different and depends on where you are. Everyone deserves to be happy and free!

We know, you are also will go to Pagoda on New Year Day! That if you are Khmers and raise by Khmer' paprents. Get ready for April!

Ordinary Khmers
