A Kampong Cham police has killed a man yesterday (Thursday) after a dispute broke out at a party. Hy Heang, 23, was shot dead by Penh Narith when he allegedly tried to run away from the police officer.

I believe that Cambodia civil wars have finished by Paris peace agreement in 1991 and not by 7 february. Therefore Cambodian should celebratethe peace agreement date rather 7 February.Why? 7 february has marked Cambodia by foreign invasion and also has marked the reborn of a new killers regime of Hun Sen. Peace agreement date in 1991 will mark the end of all foeign invasion in Cambodia and the end of all foreign support to all factions fighting to each other.

Whatever anyone's views be, i like to appeal to everyone to use nicer language. I know that we have a lot of anger towards the youns, and we have a lot of bad history together.
However, constantly referring youns as bastards, "scums", are very low of you, whoever you are. I don't condone such actions.
KI Media should discourage these kind of behaviors of name calling other groups scums and bastards. As Khmers, we all know Youn have taken and created a lot of miseries for us in the past.
But we have to start working for our future now. We can still make the same argument about how they make us miserable with taking our resources, illegal immigrations, conspiration with cambodian corrupts to destroy forest and etc.
But keep in mind, that these people do not represent Youn as a whole. As human being, and buddhist let us be more understanding and pacify in our thoughts.

Unfortunately, there still remains ALOT of hatred for Youn. The one pro-CPP and pro-Youn guy trying his best to defend the current regime doesn't help tensions either. However, the debate should be about contents, and not mud slinging.
Be critical of Youn's government policy, and not of it's people.
I don't read/speak Khmer. Some posters deserve to be called Primitive Yuan Taliban and Primitive Taliban. Some of them appear to be very violent and very uncivilized people.
I encouraged everyone to debate with proofs, but the pro-Yuan or they are Yuan themselves who reside in Cambodia are so fussed about the public opinions.
