Mr Om Yin Teang always takes defensive position when he answers to media's sensitive questions. It's not surprising for a Boss's buttock cleaner like him, Khieu Kanharith and Khieu Sopheak.
Criminal government has clearly fostered the culture of impunity...and try to hide their crime from the global community.
But it is impossible for our modern technology...
Om Yen Tieng is fool and ignorant to reflect the report of international report. He must look all those victimes, have some perpetrators been arrested and punished?

The three spokesmen Khiev Kanharith, Om Yin Tieng and Khiev Sopheak always sound as if they are the most educated men in the whole world. They place themselves much higher than Kofi Annan, Yash Ghai or even Ba Ki-Moon. No surprise, because all of them got their uni degrees from their mothre's womb. How can anybody else dare challenge them? Maybe the gallow can!
CORRECT THEY ARE... MORE EDUCATED THAN AT LEAST KHMER GRINGOS AND INDIANS...
AND THAT IS WHY CAMBODIA IS THE POWERFUL NATION ON THE FACE OF THE EARTH. AND SHE GIVES A LOT OF LAND TO CHINA, THAILAND, AND VIETNAM
