Rong Chhun, the president of the Cambodia Independent Teachers’ Association (CITA), issued a statement in which he denounced the fact that, according to him, 90% of school principals are affiliated with the “ruling party,” the CPP. Rong Chhun accuses these principals of “using their office to serve the interest of their party,” and “of inciting the students to join the CPP.” Some principals are even holding political meetings in their schools, Rong Chhun stated. He also pointed out that this action is opposite to the law on the statute of civil servants who must remain neutral and cannot use their statute nor state properties to conduct political activities.

Yeah, communism is well and alive in Cambodia. Those principals are spying on the students and teachers too.

System of social and thought control. The ruling party controls Cambodian society from top to bottom. Cambodians are being enslaved and many of them are happy to be slaves but claim they are free.
