1- I did not do anything to Professor MILTON OSBORNE. I did not even know him! Right now, in 2007, I only “know” him “through” his writings, his Sihanoukophobe “literature.”
2- Prof. M. Osborne dreamt to see Lon Nol, as well as, Son Ngoc Thanh rule over Cambodia. His dream was realized: Lon Nol ruled over Uncle Sam’s Cambodia for 5-year long (1970-1975) and his Son Ngoc Thanh could become Lon Nol’s Prime Minister, for a brief moment, within the famous and “notorious” “Khmer Republic.”
3- But, as the Khmer Rouge of Mr. Ieng Sary said with delight in Beijing, the day after the Lon Nol-Sirik Matak-Sim Var Putsch, thanks to this Putsch, they (K. Rouge) gain 20-year in their “long march” toward absolute power in Cambodia.
Thus, the like of Milton Osborne, by supporting Lon Nol, Son Ngoc Thanh, and other lackeys of the US Imperialism against Sihanouk, only did a favor to the diabolic PolPotism, and allowed it to practice the Genocide of the innocent Khmer People.
No “Bravo” for the like of Milton Osborne (the unconscious lackeys of Pol Pot)!

Future generations of Cambodian leaders should not adopt our August King's attitude towards their critics. The current generation of leadres should not bring hatred to their graves, only METTA (loving kindness), KARUNA (compassion), MUTITA (sympathic joy) and UPEKHA (Equanimity. These four godly virtues are represented by the four faces of Buddhist King Jayavaraman VII's Bayon Temple. Old stupas(chedey) where remains of the dead are kept have these four faces at their top to show that the dead had these four vitues when they lived, and also to dissiminate the same godly virtues to the world.

I concurred with what Dr Loa Mong Hay said about our new leaders should not adopt the attitude of HM the retired king. Blaming a foreign historian for contributing to the tragic event which led to the killing of million of people is hardly an act of responsibility, accountability of a Head of State. Everyone knows that without HM the retired king calling Khmer people to support KR during the early 70's, KR would not easily defeat the Lon Nolian. The fact that HM the retired king choose to ignore the communist ideology which very much dislike monarchy, feudal society, and supported communism proved how much vengeance HM has toward Lonolian. Do not blame other to cover ones own guilt. Act responsibly and acknowledge ones mistake then ones will rest in peace.
At the end of his life, this insane ex King,Xihanuk, is cursing everyone except Hun Sen,Yuon-Hanoi & China....Bad karma is following him everywhere he goes.

I cannot understand why Sihanouk dare to accept the heavenly name of Virak Ksat from his stupid son by knowing that he was a killer of 1970-1979?
This name is deserving for people who can prosper Cambodian not the one who have killed Cambodians.
Yuon-Hanoi had given this title to him to make him thanks to January 7th forever.
