Election Results Announced Before Close of Polls

Election officials in Kaong Kang commune, Ponhea Krek district, Kampong Cham province forced party agents/observers to certify the election "results" at 2:30 PM, claiming a CPP victory. This happened before the close of the polls at 3:00 PM. This is a breach of election law, as counting is not allowed to begin until 3:30 PM. SRP has lodged a complaint with the provincial election committee.

No you didn't predicted the event happened before you say it. The only loser in Cambodia is the Yuons and the CPP's dog, they tried so hard to brainwash Khmer to become a dog. I guess you're one of the dog. The percentage is just creeping up ah yong Yuon.

Check out what your master has to say: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=duiTDZAVZZ4

Bullshit, you barbarian people just
stole the vote from the royalists,
not from us. We did gain about 10%
from the royalist also, in case you
haven't noticed it.
