The NRP statement considers this publication as a psychological warfare and that it constitutes spying information fomented by foe parties with the aim of creating confusion and affecting the internal unity of the party. A few days earlier, a number of local newspapers published articles which stated that the NRP plans to replace Muth Chantha, its current spokesman, with Noranrith Anandayat, the former director of the Ta Prohm radio station before the splintering of Funcinpec into 2 groups.
