The old laws of 2/3 majority of the government should be still valided to allow Hun Sen to be Prime Minister. THe New rules cannot apply in this current government. Therefore if Hun Sen remove Funcipec Minister and if Funcipec party is still happy with Hun Sen, that is up to Funcipec. But If Funcipec declare to stay out from the Government before of disrepect of HUn Sen to their coalition agreement, then, this current Government of Hun Sen have to be collapsed and Hun Sen has to declare a snap election.
