Dear Sacrava, the condition of the Khmer and Khmer-Krom is not different. They are facing the same situation. This catoon looks like the Khmer is on the top of the bank trying to help the Khmer-Krom, who is drown by the communist. Khmers passionately desire to help. But how can they help, if they now can even help themselves.
