This CPP government activity in dealing with human rights abuses accusation and especially with important envoy of UN in Cambodia is not professional and intellectual.
Now, the world looks at Cambodia as the mafia state because those leaders don't greet special envoy of UN,the very respectful representative of the world. More than this, it doesn't affect bad to those few leaders only, but the long period of Cambodian country and her innocent people.
We can see the fruition and result of ignorant leadership in handling with some issues that creates only bad reputation and damnation to the nation.
We don't forget that when Bill Clinton visited Cambodia, there were few low official leaders greeted him. But when Bill Clinton visited Vietnam, there were many elite state leaders greeted him. This is their smart international diplomatic action for the benefit of their nation.
With this same event, if any UN Envoy visits Vietnam, there will be hospital greeting and accompanying throughout the whole mission. They act like this, it doesn't mean that they love the envoy, but they hope for the good image of their country in the international stage.

Shame on you ah khmer govt .You're so disrespectful to the world community by your behavior toward the UN representative. And in the meantime begging for their help.This govt make khmer look bad to the eyes of the world.Why HUN SEN who rised from shit behave the way he is now is puzzling to all of us here.
It is not just showing the guilties of human abuses but also the uneducated team of people who cannot see the deep interest of the world.

It is most unfortunate that the Hun Sen goverment chose these kinds of responses to any one who criticised their rules of governance. They could have scored major points with the international communities and legitimized his goverment by simply "agree to disagree" and create a committee to invistigate the accusations. Problems solved and his government will come out smelling like roses at the end.
Well, what can we expect from the governments when most education don't even surpassed the Kindergarten class. Let see, does all of the degrees ah Hun Sen have any good?
Why the Hanoi government love to control the CPP? Because most of them are very assinine, low IQ -- so easy to manipulate!

I think that Gai attitude is a little bit disrespectul to the khmer in general. It does not surprise me that the Khmer Government does not receive him well or reacted to him pessimestically too. Wondering if Gai working for the UN or the SRP?
