A CPP MP said that the number 7 is a lucky number that is why the National Assembly (NA) decided to inaugurate its new office building on 07 July 2007 (07/07/07). CPP MP Chiem Yeap, whose son-in-law Ly Chhuong was the contractor of the new NA building, said that the selected date is a good date because it can be easily remembered. The number 7 carries a significant historical importance for the ruling CPP party: every year the CPP celebrates its victory over the Khmer Rouge (mainly with the backing of the colonialist Vietnamese army) on 07 January. Chiem Yeap said that King Sihamoni will preside over the inauguration of the new NA building which will take place at 07:00 AM on 07/07/07 and the ceremony will be participated by 7,777 guests.

Chiem Yeap is a fat boy who kiss CPP and Hun Sen asses to get rich. This is corruption by Chiem Yeap who gave the contract to his son-in-law. A lot of corrupted people. It's about time US IRS do investigation on tax fraud whose dual American/Cambodian citizens earns substantial of money in Cambodia without paying tax. Especially those who work for CPP. IRS only audited us in the states, but not those corrupted people work in Cambodia.

Hun Sen government is trying to eliminate the international recognition of Cambodia status and territory integrity in the international stage by exposing and recogniting the day of Yuon's Invasion to Cambodia in order to keep absolute control of Yuan over Cambodia. They have acted:
1. To damn UN's envoys are to neglect and condemn Paris Peace Agreement
2. To celebrate such day for Cambodia NA is to show the occupation of foreign power in Cambodia.
Youn is critically moving their success to completely control of Cambodia through the hand of fake CPP.

Yuon tourists and Yuon settlers are flowing down to Cambodia. They have a lot of dollars money to buy Khmer products same as in the late 1960s - the Xihanuk's fucking regime.
Other than that, now, they use money to buy Khmer land every where legally, and all Xmer leaders are shit. They never think about the consequence of their shit act.
Yuon Sok Kong uses dollars collected from selling of temples tickets to buy many plots of land in Siem Reap province, and many state buildings blong to the Ministry of Defence became Sok Kong's property cuz Gov't use Sok Kong's petrol (Sokimex), and the Hun Xen's gov't has no money to pay back, they just take state buildings to compensate for Sok Kong debt.

Khmer leaders tear state properties and selling or renting to the mafia investors, e.g. Korean, Chinese, etc., likewise, one building in the compound of Angkor Conservation Department, Siem Reap, has been rent to Korean mafia in way of re-construction of new building for displaying Khmer artefacts for selling visit tickets and collect US dollars, and share profit among those gov't leaders.
As you know, Angkor Conservation is very important area, that maintain many ancient items for years until today.
Why just such an important area/buildings, part of Khmer souls symbol, they also sell?? - their brains are just shit??
How can we help our country if the gov't leaders like Ah Hun Xen and his co. dream about only dollars nowaday??
