The Battambang court held a hearing on 15 June 2007 in the case of a group of armed men involving three generals and a group of 7 other people who were charged with 5 illegal activities. The Rasmei Kampuchea newspaper reported that the court did not announce its sentence in the case yet because the judge said the case is too complicated and he decided to make the announcement of the sentence on 29 June 2007 instead. The 10 accused men include 2-star General Uth Sakhan, the former bodyguard chief of Prince Ranariddh, 1-star General Khieng Savorn, a member of the SRP steering committee who currently holds the position of intervention deputy chief for the RCAF commander, and 1-star General Men Saran, commander of army region 2 from the Funcinpec party, as well as 7 other people.

Hmmm we have one judge against all these star generals, what do you think the outcome will be? I bet the judge will be afraid and say there is no evidence. The usual.
