We can see who the Keat Chhon?This one is the Pol Pot(Khmer Rouge)and he is the Killer in Pol Pot regime.He smille because he can use the money from the donors countries for his family and continue this regime!!!Hun Xen,Keat Chhon,Chea Sim,Heng Samrin,Tea Banh, and more are Polt Pot (Khmer Rouge).Hok Londy,Sok An,Sao Sokha and more are youn(Vietnam).

Keat chhon is a highly French educate man, but during all his whole life he is simply an opportunist. He is also a nepotist and a hypocrite. You know waht his sister Kol Kalney, wife of Secretary of State at the Finance Ministry has been doing in Ratanak kiri: Cheat and grab lands from the Minority people.
