On Tuesday morning, the Phnom Penh municipal court issued an arrest warrant against Colonel Chhor Dara, the 44-year-old former commander of the military police in Kandal province, and currently transferred to serve the army headquarters. According to the Koh Santepheap newspaper, the colonel was arrested by the military police based on the arrest warrant issued by the Phnom Penh municipal court. He is charged with murder attempt on his domestic servant. The military police indicated that about 2 months ago, Chhor Dara used violence on his domestic servant and during the incident, the servant was injured to her head when a bullet grazed her. The injured servant brought her complaint to the court accusing Chhor Dara of intentionally attempting to kill her, the court then issued an arrest warrant against the colonel.

the country is this way today because of guy like this. Nothing but bad example. khmer people are better then vietnamese.. but slowly heading toward like them vietnamese.. don't get me wrong, i am myself is khmer, i can be judge by my people and i can judge my people if its true, and its true. again, not all, but more and more, especially someone who suppose to be a role model and good example..

This Guy Chor Dara has done many violence again people and among militants , as last few years he has fighted / abused her with pistol /a Beer girl in Prek Leap..
and also with people and militants.. he used the name of his brother in-law who is military General in RAC...
Chor Dara also dealed with many land grabing case in Cambodia....
this is a hooligan army..please use the legal action against him...
