June 21, 2007 -- ANGELINA Jolie has cut funds to a charity named after son Maddox in his native Cambodia, according to reports.
The star set up the Maddox Jolie Project in 2003 to aid conservation in a protected green area on the Thai border and is said to be listed as co-president with hubby Brad Pitt.
But according to local humanitarian group Cambodian Vision in Development, the future of the project is "uncertain" because of lack of funds.
It would seem that despite being a renowned humanitarian and multi-millionaire, the UN Goodwill Ambassador has stopped financing the project.
A website for CVD says their goal is "to protect and rehabilitate the wildlife, eco-system and watershed conservation values" of a forest area recently designated as protected. It also aims to benefit communities around the Samlaut Protected Area.
But the website says the project is "formerly funded by Angelina Jolie". It then adds that "because of lack of funds the future of this project is uncertain."

Ms.Jolie is too busy caring for her four kids and her future film project is also uncertain.
Thing could change with Hollywood people and that could happen by day not just by months or years away.
Her handsom hubby seemed to be in good hand, but you can never really tell that he will be there for her forever.
Attractive man such as Brad Pitt is a very hot ticket for other leading ladies in the movieland than anyone can imagine. He could just be snatching away from Ms. Jolie right before her eyes.
After all none of us were made of steel and those Hollywood people? That we can probably forget about the real commitment of being a faithful partner. It just too many pretty and sexy people around and their moral?........Most usaully belong in the garden of ......... Good luck to Ms. Jolie & us!

To see Maddox, little Shiloh and their Mom going out together is just so adorable.
Angelina Jolie is also trying to help her hometown of New Orlean after it got hit really hard by Katrina Hurricane. That might have something to do with the fund drying up at Samlaut, Cambodia and with The KR Trail's coming, Samlaut may not be at all a good area to support. Didn't say that most areas were occuppied by the former Khmer Rouges? She might want to distance herself a little bit unless it proves otherwise different. We are almost sure, it's the hard fact surrounding Samlaut and why adopting a Vietcong's boy names Pax? is another question. It's so nice to see Maddox & Pax sharing play ground & other children's activities, but it that is Ms. Jolie. Who know what she has in mind.
Mr. Pitt here might prove to be a good 'ol man and father. Maddox is so adorable, and so are the rest of the babies!
