An army captain at the military development education academy in Stung Chral, Kompong Speu province, shot and killed his superior officer at 2:00 PM on 30 May. The shooting officer’s name is Heung Sinoeun, and Keo Sam Ol is the name of the lieutenant colonel killed. The killed officer was also the director of the development education academy. The killing took place when the two were on a drinking binge together. Local newspapers reported that the two had a drinking binge session together on the day of the incident, and an altercation occurred when the captain pulled out an AK-47 machine gun, shot 6 bullets in the chest of his drunk commanding officer and killing the latter immediately. The killer did not flee the scene, instead, he presented himself to the Military Police to have himself arrested and he also brought along with him the gun he used in the killing.

For this story is happen at Military Academy that mean the place that young officiers learn from their instructors.Lieutenent colonel is very high rank and should be the role model to teach at Mil.Acad but turn around that officier is a habitual drunkard.
But this is not a surprise for Cambodia.This is a Sex See and drunkard country.
