Preah Vihear frays ties with Phnom Penh again

Thailand wants to have a say in a Cambodian proposal to the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organisation (Unesco) that the ancient Preah Vihear temple be listed as a World Heritage Site. Adul Wichiencharoen, chairman of the National Committee on the Convention for the Protection of World Culture and Natural Heritage, expressed concern over Cambodia's lobbying of Unesco without Thailand's participation.
Mr Adul said consideration should be given to the whole site, not just the part of it on Cambodian soil.
The entrance to Preah Vihear is in Thailand's Si Sa Ket province, right on the border with Cambodia. The location was the cause of a long-standing dispute over the site's ownership until 1962, when the International Court of Justice ruled that the temple belonged to Cambodia.
Preah Vihear is one of the most popular tourist destinations in the far northeastern province.
Mr Adul said Unesco had turned down Cambodia's attempt to have the site registered three years ago. However, Phnom Penh has renewed its efforts and the World Heritage Committee is due to consider the proposal at its 31st session in Christchurch, New Zealand, scheduled for June 23-July 2.
The Foreign Ministry said Thailand discussed the issue with Phnom Penh in January this year and the two sides still differed in many respects.

The Thais cannot even control violence in the muslim-dominated southern provinces, and now they want to have a say in Cambodian sovereignty? What an arrogant bastard!
Obviously, both Thailand and Vietnam show little respect for Cambodia's territorial integrity. Both countries sign a maritime agreement without Cambodia's participation. This means that Cambodia has no access to international water, as far as they are concerned.
May God Almighty blast these two countries to hell.

I thought our beloved Samdech HUN SEN signed an agreement that no Southeast Asian countries will interfere with each other internal affair? Now the fucken Thaicong want to interfere with Khmer internal affair regarding the issue of Preah Vihear?
To all Khmer people, all the fucken agreements and the fucken treaties that were signed between our beloved Samdech HUN SEN and the Thaicong and the Vietcong are meant to be broken! So Khmer people must prepare themselves militarily and have a very close diplomatic tied with Malaysia and Myanmar to take on the fucken Thaicong in the future!

The Siam makes a big deal about the entrance to Preah Vihear from their land. The fact is clear that Preah Vihear is in Cambodian land and so it is Cambodian authority who will dictate everything under Cambodian law!
