Two youth gangs shot at each other next to Hun Sen park, causing three injuries

Two armed youth gangs confronted each other, yesterday afternoon, near Hun Sen park, in Phnom Penh, causing three bullet injuries. Touch Naroth, Phnom Penh police commissioner, said that the seven youngsters involved in the shooting were charged with “illegal possession of guns” and “attacks and injuries,” but so far, police arrested four of them only. “The parents of the other three (youngsters) intervened to request that they be taken care of (their injuries) at the hospital first. We ask them to be their guarantors. The other four have already been heard by the court,” Touch Naroth said. According to the police commissioner, a dispute about women was the cause of the confrontation and shooting.

stopped if we are to see better
days in Cambodia.

These gang kids of high-ranking government officials gets their training from Viet gangs in Cambodia. They also get the supply of Russian and Viet pistols from these illegal immigrants. Ah Kwak is always Ah Kwak even if the truth is staring at him in the face!

We were or are all young once in our life. We should have empathy with our youths and find out ways to channel their energy to better ends. I have suggested some based on my own experience as a youth once and as a parent.

This juvenale delinquency is a very serious issue as it concerns our future nation. We need to put our heads together to help address it. It is a challenge for those youths' elders.

Could Excellency Sok An do something now that he is President of the National Scout Association of Cambodia - without any political self-interests? Could he get some of them to take up cock-fighting as a hobby?

Youth in Cambodia is brainwashed by those corrupted leaders. Those sons of rich and high ranking officials of Cambodia are acting following their parents who always like young girls, drink good wine, play goft, national asset plundering, bar,...etc

However, those corrupted parents are going to die sooner than those young kids who are still the barrier to Cambodia bright future.

Who know that these street young gangster shooting have learned from Hun Sen who has always talked about guns, grenades, forces and retaliation...

Let start our new age of understanding, loving and intellectual...

Oh, give me a break, Dr. Lao!
Putting our head together to solve
problem? FYI, we never had this
problem before. Your people from
the west need to stop bringing
shits into our holly soil, then
we won't have to put our head
together for this sort of things
at all. We have much more serious
issues to hack, like the incredible
jobless rate that is making
millions suffer, you know?

Why are CPP's members so violent?
Actions in the country and the way they debate in here are the same.

What do you expect from these CPP gangs? Just look@ their actions in the country and their reply. These people are not real humans but the Beasts and so HUN thug.
Hun Sen Mafia is being read/seen all over the world through the internet.

That sooo stupid question, 11:48.
The answer is quite obvious: too
much evil influences from the west,
that is what causing all the
violents in Cambodia. So, stop
complaining and learn to live with
it, motherfucker!

And your nastyness is from the west too? You must the dumbest to let the west to influence you.

This is great news. If more of these youths were to kill each other, the fewer there will be to run over innocent people and gang rape poor prostitutes.

Mr. 10:49AM

I wish you could share with me ideas from the East, the South or the North, or better still from our Khmer nation on issues we are addressing, if you don't welcome ideas from the West. There would be synergy and everybody would gain.

I always believe that our current leaders were not liars when they signed the Paris Peace Agreements to end the war in Cambodia. I also always believe that our current leaders were not liars when they adopted the constitution of Cambodia in 1993.

Through those undertakings, they have committed themselves and the Cambodian nation to a number of western ideas such as human rights, liberal democracy, the rule of law, etc...

Your ideas have questioned my belief above and make our leaders such as Samdech Hun Sen, Samdech Chea Sim, H.E. Hor Nam Hong, H.E. Dith Munty, H.E. Tea Banh; Samdech Heng Samrin, etc... liars to me.

But I'm convinced you can never make them liars, however hard you try.

I don't think the poster who calls himself Lao Mong Hay (from Hong Kong) is the real Dr Lao Mong Hay, unless he is trying to be diplomatic to prepare to enter politics.

The posts signed Lao Mong Hay (Hong Kong) seem to come out of a politician's mouth.

Having read Dr Lao Mong Hay's comments, I retract my first comment.

The comments on the other topics sound like they come from someone like him but the comments at 4:11 p.m. seem overly "politically correct", in my opinion, hence my first sentence at 5:29 PM.

Dr. Lao, show me something in the
agreement that we have to accept
youth gangs from the west, or we
have accept pornography from the
west, or we have to accept replacement for our culture with
westerners culture. Your idea to
accept westerner problem culture
here and suggested that we should
put our head together to fix it is
just plain outrageous. Just get
rid of it and there is no problem
to solve. Isn't that the best way.
