Vietnam firm to help Cambodia with power projects

The Electricity of Vietnam (EVN) group will undertake a feasibility study for the construction of two hydropower plants in Cambodia‘s Ratanakiri and Kratie provinces.
An agreement to the effect was signed in Phnom Penh Friday by EVN deputy general director Lam Du Son and Khlaut Randy, Cambodia’s Secretary of State, Ministry of Industry, Mines and Energy.
EVN will carry out surveys for the proposed projects – Low Se San 1 (90 MW) and Low Se San 2 (420 MW) – on the Se San River in the northwestern region.
The plants are expected to meet the increasing demand for power in Cambodia’s remote areas and also supply to Viet Nam.

Hun Sen Government must cut down relationship between VN and Cambodia.
Because VN they using the communist systems to lead the country and VN not amost developing country, it's the poor country,
If VN is a rich country why VN always cheat khmer land property? like : - Kampuchea krom and border country in the present time? included (border land and sea border).
All of khmer people should wake up that VN cheat khmer property like: border land and other properties that VN took during VN occupied in Cambodia in 1979s to 1990.
Or VN cheat Cambodia properties to help to developing Cambodia country?
Khmer people should be unity in one to protect our country now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The idea for Cambodian people to buy electricity from Vietname is unthinkable for me!
Now the Vietcong will turn on the faucet and the Cambodian money will flow out!
If the Viet dry up the river of Cambodia attemp to kill animals& humen along that riverside for the ELECTRIC to sell to Cambodia,would Cambodian buy it from them?
One more of my ignorance question, if Cambodian put the giant dime at Neak Loeung hold that Mekong river send that water back to Kg Som dry up the Mekong river down the stream like The Viet did to khmer PPL and sell ELECTRICITY to the VIET,how the Viet should react?
