Cambodian officials say Thailand is not stalling efforts to get World Heritage status for Cambodia's Preah Vihear temple.
There have been reports of tensions between the two countries over the ancient religious site, which lies on a mountain on the Thai-Cambodia border.
Last month, UNESCO ruled against listing the temple as World Heritage but recognised it as a significant international site.
A Cambodian foreign ministry spokesman denies media reports that Thailand blocked the efforts to have it listed because of unresolved border issues.
The spokesman says both sides agreed Cambodia would propose the temple for World Heritage listing, and that Thailand actively supported the bid.
Former Cambodian king, Norodom Sihanouk took Thailand to the World Court in 1962 over the two countries' claim to the Preah Vihear temple.
