Cambodian PM to visit India on July 8-11
Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen will lead a delegation to pay a state visit to India from July 8 to 11, said a press release from the foreign ministry in Phnom Penh on Wednesday.
The delegation will include Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Hor Namhong, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense Tea Banh, Senior Minister and Minister of Commerce Cham Prasidh and others, the press release said.
During the visit, Hun Sen will meet with Indian President Abdul Kalam and hold official talks with his counterpart Manmohan Singh, it said.
Both sides will sign an agreement on the transfer of the sentenced persons, a memorandum of understanding on foreign office consultation, an agreement on defense cooperation, a memorandum of understanding in the field of water resource management, a memorandum of understanding on cooperation and technical assistance between National Petroleum Authority of Cambodia and Oil and Natural Gas Commission of India and a work plan under memorandum of understanding on agriculture cooperation for 2007 and 2008, it added.

I wonder why strategies would Hun Sen be using to MILK the Indian in giving him the money?
He would say how dark he is and how culturally related Cambodia to India and stuff. He would say that he knows lots of Sanskrit and Pali words and the Khmer custom of eating with hands and stuff...
Or he may be say that both country names of Cambodia and India end in _dia. ahahah
What a beggar Hun Sen really is. Hahha
It is good to bolster international relationship with India to balance with China's domination.
Beside of USA, India is a good gateway to reduce influence of China in Cambodia.
However, this relationship doesn't enable independence of Cambodia while the influence of Vietnam inside CPP is so intensifying....
Cambodia should not help Vietnam to eliminate Khmer Kampuchea Krom in this time....if Cambodia is independent, they should use the case of KKK to deal with other issues facing with Vietnam that Cambodia is hugely losing to them; and express sympathy to KKK as they are Khmer.
Frequent abuses of KKK by Phnom Penh authority is intensifying the influences and domination of Vietnam over its former branch of Indochina Communist Party (present CPP).
According this assumption and the strengthening tie with Vietnam by ignoring international standard, law and treaties leads to the totally loss of Cambodia independence and territory integrity.

When PM Hun Sen plans to leave the country for a state visit, He usually issues a warning not to hold a Coup de tat. But this time, I don't hear anything about Coup de kdet message that he usually delivered.

You think with the latest technologies can see you right away you can do what ever you want? I don't think so. The Viet Commie might get away from killing KHMER and blame it on KHMER but we have enough evidences to trial them. I heard they are very scare about KR's trial. Who knows in Phnom Penh, there are YOUN in the Phnom Penh JUSTIC SYSTEM. They set this up already. If Khmer can reveal that the mass murder was cause by YOUN, KHMER will live in peace among each other. Just don't worship the YOUN when they killed us and came in to rescued and made us say thanks to them. NO FUCKING WAY. KHMER will kill the YOUN like our ancester kill you guys back then in Phnom Penh called (Rondao Kup YOUN)=YOUN Burial Grave. Later on we change this name to STUNG MEANCHEY (Victory River) they have to change the name because it is too crucial to call that name.
