PUTRAJAYA: The Federal Court has fixed next Monday to hear an application by Cambodia’s deported ex-police chief Heng Pov to cite three senior government officers for contempt.

On March 28, the application was adjourned on the request of the prosecution to allow it time to reply to Heng Pov’s application.

Heng Pov, 52, is seeking to cite Immigration director-general Datuk Wahid Mohd Don, the department’s enforcement director Datuk Ishak Mohamed and the Attorney-General’s Chambers’ deputy head of prosecution Mohd Hanafiah Zakaria for contempt, for deporting him before he had exhausted all avenues of appeal.

Heng Pov, who filed the action in January, had also accused them of orchestrating his premature deportation to Cambodia to serve an 18-year jail sentence for conspiring in the murder of a municipal court judge there.

He was sent home on Dec 21 last year, and an urgent convening of the Federal Court here was too late to stop his deportation.

The action is supported by the affidavit of his wife Ngin Sotheavy.

The next Malaysia court ruling, if it was to happen, will shed a light on Heng Peou case and people involved in one of the famous criminal case in Cambodia, including the implication of Hun Sen's government in giving bribes to some Malayisan government officials..

Heng Pov's fate, who will be injected AIDS blood transfusion like Fr KR Chhuok Rin.
Ta Mok was injected dead in jail.
Abbot Tim Sakhorn will become crippled when he gets Srok Yuon.
Anyone who is opposed to Yuon and Hun Sen's cliques must be killed to erase their evidences.

Hun Sen who is pressed strongly by his murderous Hanoian Leaders is afraid of being killed by his masters in Hanoi!

Yuon secret agents/spies are secretly hidding everywhere in Cambodia living as ordinary Yuon citizens, but they send all secret information to their masters in Hanoi.
