This is to announce that the Open Forum of Cambodia will provide training on the personal website. Please find the attachment for more information.
After the training, you can easily create your own website, the creation is free, you can build community network and ways to make money.
Actually, you can do a lot of things within your own website. All participants will get technical support from OFC to create the website.
It is usually said that creation of a website costs a lot of money and the website is usually for institutions rather than personal purposes.
