It is a National Embarassement that Generals No maps/or Generals can not read Sipme Topo-Map....
It is also National Embarassement that using 1,200 militants to search for 1 plane Crashed in small province of Kampot with negative result..."
How much did it cost...
Generals shall know how to search any object on earth using Hi-tech e.g Satelite image.. it is much cheaper and faster than 1,200 militant troup deployment...
1,200 militants deployment looks like to show the moral of govt. but really it implies negatively....
Uncountable Advisors should advise their Boss regarding any problems technical or economical and/or military.....in case of Emergency... NOt just holding Stars Holding Excellencies... collecting money... Grabbing lands....
In my point of View Map is not important-- If maps existed then, I hope some Generals Can NOT READ MAPs they do not understand Maps at all because most generals were sold... Buying Stars in the Oressey Market....
