Man, what a disgraceful to us Cambodian. A small country roughly is the size of Missouri of USA but we have toooooo many STAR generals. But we never have war with other country to gain the status only kill KHMER and KHMER. What a shame? On earth only us KHMER live as Beggar...HUN SEN can you think straight??????????????????

I was in the US Army for 4 year, I have met a general, not even a one star general. I was at Fort Bragg, NC.
The real problem is that ah Hun Sen must DESIGN from Prime Minister because ah Hun Sen is Chief of those generals but ah Hun Sen don't know they are pouk ah generals jojooh (pouk generals et jai) and ah Hun Sen is ah Chief jojooh
Mathematically speaking,
generals = pouk jojooh
but ah Hun Sen= Chief of generals
=> ah Hun Sen= Chief pouk ah jojooh
So ah Hun Sen is ah Chief jojooh
I think little cambodia has over 600 general. Even the CPP spokeman is a general. Everybody in Cambodia is a general. Hun is not a five star general he's pentagon general.
In democracy, civilian's are in power, not the generals.
All of them are chieves, especially AH HUN XEN.
Most of those Generals are Maffiosis and Phkay Chor.

The equation is quite simple: the more stars you have the more lands you can grab.
These generals are prepared to lick their boss's arse, walk on their knees and kowtow like slaves, anything to keep stars. They are just a bunch of pissant soldiers, policemen, spokesmen, advisors, and government officials.
If you add to those Phkay Chor, the number of without-job Parasite Advisers, the number of Vice provincial governors and Vice District governors, You can see they eat a lot of budget each year.

I really don't know how good these generals are in combat, but i know one thing,those stars on their shoulders really attract women.Wouldn't you want to be a general if you can get beautiful chick ha....

Why did some of many overloaded Advisors ( not less than 100 Advisers he has)of Samdach Hun Sen advise him how to search any lost-metal substance in the forest area ????
Up to now there are many Techinical methods of searching thing lost.... with very low cost and very fast... 1000 times cheaper and faster than what to deploy 1,200 military forces and many STARS(Generals-some do not understand & can not read simple Topo-Map)to look for dissapeared aircraft..........
Samdach is advised to think about Technical Advisers in term of of any techinical matters... in case of any accidents Flood... windstorm and other natural Hazards which may occurr.......

Generals shall know how to search any object on earth using Hi-tech e.g Satelite image.. it is much cheaper and faster than 1,200 militant troup deployment...
1,200 militants deployment looks like to show the moral of govt. but really it implies negatively....
Uncountable Advisors should advise their Boss regarding any problems technical or economical and/or military.....in case of Emergency... NOt just holding Stars Holding Excellencies... collecting money... Grabbing lands....
In my point of View Map is not important-- If maps existed then, I hope some Generals Can NOT READ MAPs they do not understand Maps at all because most generals were not militarily educated... Buying Stars in the Oressey Market....
The educated Militants can not become Generals...
